About ME

I’m Lissie Albornoz—a foreign-trained lawyer, U.S. law student, and passionate community advocate originally from Venezuela. My life’s journey has been shaped by resilience, purpose, and the extraordinary people I’ve encountered along the way. I’m currently pursuing a dual J.D./LL.M. degree at the University of Miami School of Law to expand my impact in the legal field—both locally and globally.

At the heart of everything I do is my family. I’m a proud mother of two incredibly talented musicians whose passion fuels my own. As their booking agent, I support their careers while continuing to chase my own dreams.

I believe in lifelong learning as a path to transformation. Whether through legal studies, spiritual growth, or creative expression, I’m constantly evolving. I’m also an Artist Cake Decorator, bringing beauty and joy into people’s lives one edible creation at a time. As a Therapist in Generational Trauma Healing, I help others reclaim their stories and rise beyond the limitations of the past.

Since childhood, my mother has called me “Wonder Woman”—a name I now wear with pride. But I believe this isn't just my story. Every woman holds the strength and power to overcome challenges and rewrite her destiny. We are all Wonder Women in our own unique way.

Through my work, studies, and advocacy, I hope to inspire others—especially women and immigrants—to believe in their own potential, rise with purpose, and become the authors of their next chapter.

Let’s walk this journey together.
We learn. We grow. We give back.
And in doing so, we build a better world.
